Arizona Governor Doug Ducey issued a new Executive Order on March 25, 2021 (EO 2021-06), which lifts and/or relaxes guidelines in place with regards to COVID-19.- Effective immediately, masks/face coverings are no longer required in businesses, but are still encouraged, especially among those who are not vaccinated or if physical distancing cannot be achieved.
- Events of more than 50 people will no longer need the approval of local governments; this includes youth sports. These events should continue to follow safe practices and CDC recommendations, including physical distancing.
