Finance and Administration
The Executive Management Team, finance & accounting, vendor contract management, human resources, Civic Building tenant management, project management, and business services fall under this combined department. The mission is to create an organizational culture that promotes integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service for our residents.

Communications/Community Relations
Staff members direct, manage, and implement Council's customer service operations, media relations, internal/external communications, website/social media, event publicity, and publications. Additionally, the community’s signature special events and third-party events (non-ACC events that occur in our facilities & amenities) all are part of our mission to provide effective and efficient avenues of communication, and to further increase and strengthen the awareness of the Council and its programs and services. 

Operations
The operations team oversees facility management of the 43,000-sq.-ft. Community Center, Civic Building, and Maintenance Yard, as well as Anthem's parks; this includes an aquatics park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, rock wall, multi-purpose rooms, meeting spaces, gym, fitness floor, exercise studios, locker rooms, and shared spaces. The beauty and safety of Community Park (and all of its features), Liberty Bell Park & Splash Pad, Opportunity Way Park, the dog park, and common areas not maintained by HOAs fall to this department. Additionally, there are 15 miles of walking and biking trails, 1,500 acres of open space, eight miles of barbed wire fence, 4.4 million sq. ft. of common wall and view fence, over 20,000 trees, 64 acres of turf, 300 acres of landscaped area, and over 10 miles of medians and roadsides that are cared for. The mission is to maintain Council-owned assets to the highest quality, conserve resources while maintaining appeal, and provide a clean and safe environment.

Programs
Programs at the Community Center and Civic Building, as well as in our parks and fields, include: children’s classes and camps; youth and adult programs; activities and sports leagues; tennis, bocce ball, and pickleball; group fitness classes; wellness, dance, and gymnastics; specialty and creative classes; rock wall climbing; and swimming and diving. The mission is to provide and maintain programs and activities for residents that promote learning, education, and healthy living.
