Residents are encouraged to volunteer to serve their community on these committees. The Board appoints volunteers to committees; they are not elected. For more information, email info@anthemcouncil.com.

The following are Board-appointed special or standing committees; they include one or more ACC Board representatives, an ACC staff liaison, and Board-appointed residents as committee members.


finance committee

ACC staff liaison: Paul Conley, Senior Director of Finance

The Finance Committee makes policy recommendations that will provide financial benefit to Anthem. The committee reviews the annual budget and provides financial advice to make sure the community's financial position remains strong and operates in a responsible manner.

utilities panel

ACC staff liaison: Kristi Northcutt, Senior Director of Community Relations

The Utilities Panel is an as-needed special committee formed by the Board to address issues relating to public utilities serving the Anthem community – water, wastewater, electric and natural gas.

ACC staff liaison: Kristi Northcutt, Senior Director of Community Relations

The Planning Committee is charged with determining the process that will outline the next phase of the Facilities Master Plan, and then ultimately, recommend project to the Board for consideration.
