Community Center Parking on July 3rd & 4th
Due to the fireworks display taking place on July 3, the Anthem Community Center is advising
residents of its holiday hours and parking restrictions. The Community Center's hours on
July 3 are 5:00am-5:00pm. On Saturday, July 4, the Community Center will be open from
7:00am-7:00pm.
Due to the fireworks display, incoming traffic to the parking lot will be monitored by
security, who will not allow vehicles into the area after 4:30pm except for Camp/CARE pick up;
the parking lot must be completely vacated by 6:00pm on July 3 to comply with
State Fire Marshall guidelines for launching of fireworks. There will be no event
parking in the Community Center parking lot on July 3 and if all
cars are not removed from the Community Center and Anthem School parking lots, the fireworks
will not take place. Also, the walking bridge from the Community Center to lower park
will be closed to pedestrian traffic for safety purposes.
Please help us in making the July 3 event a success by cooperating with the parking lot
closures.
