The ACC allows credit card payments through this website by adults over the age of 18 for Internet-enabled  services and programs. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate, or suspend accounts of service or cancel transactions at any time.

Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon both the authorization of payment by the applicable credit card company and acceptance of payment by the ACC. In the event that a credit card payment cannot be processed, the ACC will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information provided.
