Health & Fitness

The ACC Community Center houses a fully equipped fitness center, complete with free weights, circuit machines, cardio machines, group exercise classes, and several extra fitness programs. There are opportunities to work with a personal trainer and participate in a variety of programs focused on health.

The Anthem Civic Building is the site for quiet Mind & Body classes, such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. Classes  are on the same drop-in fee structure as those in the ACC Community Center, unless marked with an asterisk. Asterisked classes require fees and registration based on the current Activity Guide.

Drop-in Classes and Punch Cards

Drop-in class fee for residents $4 (Guests must be accompanied by resident for entire class. Guest fee, $7, does not include class fee).

Punch cards:

  • 12 class: $40
  • 24 class: $63
  • 10 guest punch card: $50
  • Unlimited monthly group fitness: $49

Punch Cards are available at the ACC Community Center and Anthem Civic Building. An active membership must be in place and in good standing to participate in drop-in classes.

Free Equipment Orientation

The ACC Community Center offers free equipment orientations to residents. It consists of a basic 30-minute orientation with a certified personal trainer
