The Village (VACCC)
About the Village
The Village is a gated community with 210 condominium units. The Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-owners (VACCC) is managed by Brown Community Management and directed by a volunteer Board.
The VACCC enforces all governing documents, policies, and Design Guidelines within the Village community. Contact Brown Community Management at 480-539-1396 if you have questions.
Private Amenities
In addition to the amenities available to all Anthem residents, Village residents have access to private amenities within the gate. There is a pool area with a pool, spa, and a community grill, as well as a fitness center.
Gate Access
Residents must purchase keycards for access to the amenities and gate fobs for access to the community. Learn more about gate entry.

Architectural & Landscape Modifications
Before you paint, landscape or consider upgrades to your home or lot, make sure your plans comply with the Design Guidelines in your HOA's CC&Rs. Access Design Guidelines in the VACCC Document Center.
VACCC Maintenance Requests
Requests for maintenance or repairs to VACCC common areas should be submitted via the maintenance request form located on our community website or by sending an email to the Community Manager. Maintenance requests will be prioritized and completed accordingly.
