Homeowners are encouraged to volunteer to serve the APCA. There are two committees, composed of volunteers, supporting the Board of Directors.
The Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves exterior changes to Parkside homes (i.e. additions, landscaping, paint colors, etc.).
The Financial Advisory Committee reviews and monitors APCA's finances to make sure the HOA's financial position remains strong and operates in a responsible manner.
