Gate Entry

resident responsibility

Residents are responsible for the actions of anyone that they authorize to enter the community (including vendors/contractors). It is up to the resident to make sure their entrants follow all community rules and regulations.

keycards and gate fobs for residents

A keycard allows entry into the Village community amenities and walking gate. Gate fobs allow access to the community gate.

  • To purchase a keycard or gate fob, residency must be verified. Homeowners are required to notify the VACCC when a new tenant moves in.
  • Keycards and gate fobs can be purchased by contacting 480-539-1396.
  • The cost is $25 for keycards and $50 for gate fobs; must be paid for with a check or money order.
  • Each unit is able to purchase up to three (3) keycards and three (3) gate fobs.

guest entry

Guests and vendors/contractors are able to enter the community using the gate directory system. To be added to the directory, contact Brown Community Management, at 480-539-1396 You must provide your first and last name, unit number, and the phone number you wish to be programmed into the gate. The main vehicle entry gate call box directory is located off Gavilan Peak Parkway.  Guests and vendors/contractors must search the directory and locate the resident name they wish to visit.

When a guest or vendor/contractor finds your name in the front box, the phone number you provided will ring. Press the number 9 when you answer the phone to allow your guest entry.

If you are a vendor and would like to be added to the directory, contact Community Manager Summer Cole.
