The Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves exterior changes to Parkside homes (i.e. additions, landscaping, paint colors, etc.). The committee also makes sure that all changes are in compliance with the Design Guidelines and the CC&Rs. View calendar for upcoming meetings.

financial advisory committee

The Financial Advisory Committee reviews and monitors APCA's finances to make sure the HOA's financial position remains strong and operates in a responsible manner. View calendar for upcoming meetings.

Homeowners are encouraged to volunteer to serve the APCA. There are two committees, composed of volunteers, supporting the Board of Directors.
