finance committee

The Finance Committee reviews and monitors ACCCA's finances to make sure the HOA's financial position remains strong and operates in a responsible manner. The committee meets monthly. View calendar for upcoming meetings.

gates, property and patrol committee

The Gates, Property and Patrol Committee works with the Board on gate access, and safety measures for streets and common areas. The committee meets monthly. View calendar for upcoming meetings.

lifestyle enhancement committee

The Lifestyle Enhancement Committee reviews and approves exterior changes to Country Club homes and lots (i.e. additions, landscaping, paint colors, etc.). The committee also makes sure that all changes are in compliance with the Design Guidelines and the CC&Rs. The committee meets monthly. View calendar for upcoming meetings.

policy committee

The Policy Committee reviews governing policies and legislative requirements and recommends changes or additions as needed. The committee also reviews compliance appeals (from residents). The committee meets monthly. View calendar for upcoming meetings.


Full-time homeowners are encouraged to volunteer to serve the ACCCA. Complete the volunteer application to serve on one of the ACCCA Committees. 

There are four (4) committees, composed of homeowners, supporting the Board of Directors. Committees are guided by their charters, but also prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for the Board.

Meetings are open to the public. Some parts of a meeting could be closed if confidential resident issues (appeals, design changes, fines, etc.) are discussed. View committee charters and work plans in the Document Center.
