Architectural Review Committee

The mission of the Parkside Architectural Review Committee is to uphold the architectural integrity of the community in accordance with the Community Residential Design Guidelines by utilizing a philosophy that creates and ensures that our community contributes positively and harmoniously to the surrounding Sonoran Desert Area.

Communications Committee

The mission of the committee is to facilitate information exchange between the HOA and residents. The Communications Committee shall inform and educate Parkside residents regarding the activities of the Board and the HOA, and community issues that are of specific interest to Anthem Parkside residents. The Committee will request the assistance of all residents in bringing to their attention issues, events, and information which may be relevant to our community at large.

Financial Advisory Committee

The mission of the Committee is to review and monitor Parkside financial information to insure the Association operates in fiscally responsible manner. In this capacity the Committee reports to the Board of Directors. The Committee advises, and acts as a resource to the Board, on subjects such as budgets, revenues, expenses, income, investments, and contracts.

Neighborhood Parks Committee

This committee will be responsible for monitoring the general condition and appearance of all Parkside Common areas, including pocket parks, and for reporting concerns and recommendations to designated Parkside employees or the Parkside Board as appropriate.

Policy Development and Implementation Committee

The purpose of the Policy Development and Implementation Committee shall be to provide policy development and implementation recommendations to the Board with respect to the Use Restrictions described in the Association's CC& R’s, Article 3 and Addendum C and to assist the Board and other standing committees in implementing policy decisions.

Elections Committee

The Election Process Committee is an ad hoc committee formed in order to examine current and future election policies and procedures and is comprised of representatives from Anthem Parkside, Anthem Country Club and Anthem Community Council.
