Parkside Board of Directors

The Parkside Community Association is Parkside’s homeowners’ association. The Parkside Community Association is the entity responsible for maintenance of common areas and pocket parks; Parkside design guidelines for structures and landscapes; general oversight of allied day-to-day operations and functions to either support, minimize, address or enhance the rigors, responsibilities and demands of community life in Anthem.

Every year an election is held for term-ending Parkside Board of Directors. Individuals are elected to serve two-year terms. At the regular meeting in April of each year the Parkside Board of Directors selects one of its members as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
