People really like salsa…a lot. According to Neilson, Americans spent $42 million on the tomato-based dip last year just for the Super Bowl. The salsa craze will once again be front and center during Anthem Days, March 25-26, as the Salsa Contest returns. The competition takes place on Saturday, and will be a popular event among event-goers.
Think you have what it takes to be a salsa champion? Register for the contest by March 17 and find out. Participants must be 18 yrs. or older and the salsa must be homemade. A link for the full list of rules, along with registration, is provided below. Prizes are awarded for the top three recipes, as well as a People's Choice category.
