As part of its marketing strategic plan, the ACC will debut a trio of new communication tools by year’s end:
New Website – Same Domain, Different Look, Better Navigation
Staff will soft launch the newly updated ACC website this month, www.OnlineAtAnthem.com, that will feature a freshened look and enhanced navigation. The intent of revising this site was to provide an updated platform on which the site functions, provide a more intuitive site search engine, enhance navigation within the site, and better align with the ACC’s overall brand initiative. The last update to the site’s platform was made in 2010.
ACC App! – Compatible with iPhone and Android Platforms
For ACC updates on-the-go, Anthem residents will be able to download the new Anthem Community Council –ACC App. Compatible with both iPhone and Android platforms, the App will provide ACC news and information, highlight Anthem community events, promote community job listings, and link to all ACC social media outlets.
New Telephone “On-Hold” System
Inasmuch as it is not preferable to be put on hold when making a phone call, those who call the Anthem Community Council or the ACC Community Center will enjoy up-to-date ACC news and information while waiting to be connected to their desired party. The system, already in use for those calling the Anthem Community Council, is anticipated to be heard by those calling the Community Center in early 2014. As part of the ACC’s strategic marketing and communication efforts, “On-Hold” recordings will be updated on a weekly basis.
