Anthem Veterans Memorial Donate Here

We continue to accept donations for veteran, family, organization and family pavers.  We also continue to accept donations for the Friend of the Memorial.  When we have 100 pavers ordered, we will submit our next order. ALL military emblems have been sponsored.  ALL benches have been sponsored.

There are three ways in which you may support the Anthem Veterans Memorial:

I. Purchase Veteran Pavers ($150)

  • Placed in the Circle of Honor, under the Memorial pillars.
  • Three lines, each with 18 characters, including spaces.
    First line: Name
    Second line: Rank/ Rate
    Third line: Service Branch abbreviation and Years in Service (1945-1979)

    Military Branch Abbreviations:  USA, USMC, USN, USAF, USCG, USMM, AZANGB, AZAFNGB (State abbreviation, Army/AirForce abbreviation, National Guard Bureau abbreviation).

    MIA: For Veterans MIA, please use the Service Branch abbreviation followed by the year entered into the Service, dash, MIA.  Example:  USA 1967-MIA

    KIA: For Veterans KIA, please use the Service Branch abbreviation, followed by KIA, date killed in action.
    Example: USA KIA 11-14-1967

    POW: For Veterans who also were POW, please use the Service Branch abbreviation, followed by the years in the service, followed by POW.
    Example: USAF 1955-1975 POW

    Active Military: For Active Military, please use the Service Branch abbreviation, followed by the year entered Service, followed by a dash: Example: USMC 2009 -

     

II. Purchase Friend, Business or Organization Pavers ($200)

  • Placed outside the Circle of Honor.
  • Two lines, each with 18 characters, including spaces.
    First line: First names or part of Family, Business or Organization
    Second line: Last name of Family, Business or Organization
  • For shorter family, business or organization names, please place all lettering on second line - center of paver.

*No special messages may be written on the pavers. Only a name, business or organization may be listed on the second line.

 

III. Make a General Donation or Become a Friend of the Memorial

For donations under $499, recognition will be given on the Memorial website. For donations $500 and above, recognition will be given as a Friend of the Memorial at the Memorial site and on the Memorial website.
