ACC Budgets

Each year, the ACC Board of Directors works in tandem with various volunteer Committees, and with ACC staff to determine the level of funding needed to continue to provide exemplary services and properly maintain the Anthem infrastructure. Staff is charged with the responsibility to deliver those services and needs in a timely, efficient, and effective manner, and to do so within the constraints of a reasonable annual budget. When budgets are created each year, they historically represent very careful, considerate thinking of asset maintenance, asset replacement, and necessary costs to deliver a wide range of services and programs across a diverse Anthem population. As a result and as provided below, the ACC Operating Budget sustains many programs and services that have been provided over the years and is intended to present to a comprehensive picture of proposed operations for the year to meet the needs of the Anthem residential, commercial and non-residential property owners.
